Michael Wilson

Careers Adviser

I am passionate about seeing every young person realise and achieve their potential. Too often the aspiration we have in childhood is dampened or even eradicated by the time we reach the end of secondary school. I believe we all have something valuable to offer and my role is to support this development in young people and empower them to enter the world of employment knowing the skills they bring and how best to develop their own strengths within the business environment.

Sarah Windrum

Careers Enterprise Adviser (Industry Mentor)

Sarah Windrum is the Co-Founder of Leamington based technology consultancy The Emerald Group and lived in Sydenham for 16 years until 2020. Her first engagement with Campion was talking at a Careers Fair in 2015 and since then she has continued to support the school’s careers events as well as engaging with our young people in other areas. Sarah has helped deliver the entrepreneurship module for Year 9 students in Business Studies; co-run workshops with Michael Wilson, Careers Lead, on CV writing, using Linked In, interview techniques, and core employability skills; and organised trips to exciting local employers in games development like Playground Games and Exient. After becoming an Enterprise Advisor for the school, her focus is to support Michael with industry connections and knowledge as well as helping deliver his strategic vision for the integration of career support with teaching across the school.
